We started Jodada to make films for university courses in 2007. We held open workshop sessions to mix improvised comedy and drama with film. We use multi camera techniques to film our shorts. It is fast paced and a lot of fun. We only produce original content.
From 2010 to 2015 we were lottery funded and held open workshops every weekend and gave people a low cost entry into the world of filmmaking, writing and acting.
We have had over a hundred people either in front or behind the camera and many have gone on to become filmmakers in they’re own right. We have had actors appearing for the first time who have gone on to paid work after learning their trade with us.
